Is it possible to cancel the ordered goods?

By entering into a distance contract, i.e., by making an online purchase at www.cerise.lv you can use the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. You have the right to use the product within the term of use of the right of withdrawal to the extent that it is necessary for the examination of the goods (as much as it can be done before the purchase of the item in a regular store). The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

How fast do we guarantee warranty service?
The warranty period depends on each item or damage individually. If the product has minor damage, the product will be repaired or replaced sooner. Warranty service life can be extended if it is necessary to wait for the product or its component from the manufacturer. The item may be in warranty service for up to 30 days. In the event that the deadline is exceeded, it is individually agreed upon.

How to get the product from warranty service?
You will get the product at the place where it was transferred. If the item was handed over to our service center, you can also receive it by post or by courier, covering the shipping costs.

In which cases warranty can be refused?
Warranty service is not valid if the item:

  • has mechanical damages caused by the customer’s fault;

  • it is found that the warranty seal of the defective product manufacturer, the serial number, the inappropriate access to the product has occurred in the product and / or the buyer himself has attempted to prevent damage.

  • damage is caused by natural disasters, lightning, fire, flood, etc.;

  • damage is caused by exposure to chemicals;

  • damage is caused by the fact that the product was not used in accordance with its instructions for use, that the conditions for storage and transport of the goods were not complied with, or in cases where the product was not installed in accordance with the instructions;

  • damage caused because it is not used for its intended purpose or is used for professional purposes;

  • regular service maintenance has not been performed (for goods that are required).
