SIA Cerise, the unified registration number 40103276373, registered office: Ikšķile, Skolas iela 7-26, LV-5052, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) is the owner, maintainer and personal data provider of the websites and Internet shop cerise.lv.
By visiting and using cerise.lv, the Buyer clearly agrees to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy described herein, including the use of cookies, unless the Buyer Browser is set to accept cookies.
1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The Seller ensures the protection and security of Buyer’s personal data, non-proliferation thereof to third parties, insofar as it is determined by the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and other laws of the Republic of Latvia regulating the processing and protection of personal data, with the exception of the Seller’s partners providing cerise.lv the supply of goods and services, to the extent that personal data are necessary for the performance of a contractual obligation.

1.7. The Buyer has the right to request that his personal data be completed or corrected, stopped processing or destroyed if personal data are incomplete, obsolete, false, or no longer necessary for collection purposes. 1.8. Personal data of the purchasers will be kept for no longer than required by regulatory enactments.
